To Return Your Purchase Read This Page Carefully Before Returning:
When send back a return please send an email to us with the following: Item # purchased, Date of Purchase, Your Address, and the reason for return. We will reply with further instruction as to returning your item. We will only return items if item has not been used or installed on vehicle. Once the item has been installed or attempted to be installed, we will not accept any returns. Return request must be made with in 20 days from date item was received. Any request after 20 days will not be honored. All items returned must be in original condition with all items, packaging, and instructions included. In case of manufacturer defects, item can be returned in exchange for a replacement product. If visible damage has occurred during shipping, please reject item from deliverer immediately. Customer must pay all shipping fees on any return purchase. We will not reimburse you for return shipping cost and expense. All returned will also require a 25% Restocking Fee to be charged. Any returns for non fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved. Order cancellations will take up to 36 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return. Please verify all orders at time of purchase to make sure you have ordered the correct product.
