Our Shipment And Returns Rules:
Items are shipped within 3-5 business days from time order has been placed. Shipping generally will be via UPS or another major postage handler such as Fed Ex or DHL. All items will be shipped via ground service unless otherwise noted. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive item. Once, item has been shipped, the item tracking # will be sent to customer via email. When send back a return please send an email to us with the following: Item # purchased, Date of Purchase, Your Address, and the reason for return. We will reply with further instruction as to returning your item. We will only return items if item has not been used or installed on vehicle. Once the item has been installed or attempted to be installed, we will not accept any returns. Return request must be made with in 20 days from date item was received. Any request after 20 days will not be honored. All items returned must be in original condition with all items, packaging, and instructions included. In case of manufacturer defects, item can be returned in exchange for a replacement product. If visible damage has occurred during shipping, please reject item from deliverer immediately. " Customer must pay all shipping fees on any return purchase." We will not reimburse you for return shipping cost and expense. All returned will also require a 25% restocking fee to be charged. Please verify all orders at time of purchase to make sure you have ordered the correct product. For International Orders our companies pass experience with scams overseas as well as large shipping cost for overseas delivery, no international orders will be accepted at this time.
Our Payment Rules:
Our company accept payment via all major forms of credit card. Orders can be placed online via our secure web site or over the phone by calling our sales department. All purchases require payment in full in advance. Personal checks, cash, money orders, or bank transfer will not be accepted at any time.
Our Sale Tax Rules:
For all orders placed in the state of Florida require sales tax to be accessed to the final purchase price of the item. Current Florida sales tax in the County of Fort Lauderdale is set at 6.00%. All pricing is in US Dollars. We only accept US Dollars. Prices listed on site are negotiable terms. Prices are subject to change at anytime. We carry products by several different manufacturers. We do not represent our self to be the manufacturer of these products even though trademark company names are displayed on our site.
Our Under Age Minors Rules:
For all items on this site are sold for use by those 15 years of age or older. Our company can not be responsible for use of this site by anyone under the age of 15. If you are under the age of 15, please obtain you parents' or legal guardians' consent before making a purchase from this site. We assume that all orders placed on this site are by those aged 15 years or older. We reserve the right to update and change any information on our site at any time without notice. This includes but is not limited to prices, descriptions, details, advertisements, content etc. We are doing our best to keep our site free of typographical errors and misprints.
